The 58th year of the Fisher’s Ghost Art Awards saw a very different event as a result of the restrictions due to COVID-19. The event was live streamed from the Campbelltown Arts Centre.

Ingleburn Rotary Club has for many years sponsored the Primary School Awards.  This category is open to Primary school aged children in the Macarthur Area. Prizes are awarded to 3 students who receive workshop vouchers for Campbelltown Art Centre’s workshop program. This year there were 52 entries.

The 2020 Primary Awards were announced by our President Gail Taylor. They were:

Riley Donaghey

Samantha O'Halloran - Birds and Fishes

Congratulations to all students who participated. You should all be proud of your work.

The Primary Award gives three budding artists the opportunity to attend art development sessions at the Campbelltown Arts Centre, hopefully this will help them develop their artistic talent and give them an opportunity to create works of art for the rest of their lives.

We really do enjoy attending this event at the Campbelltown Arts Centre while supporting our primary school artists and seeing the wonderful works on show at the awards each year.

This year's Fisher's Ghost Art Awards will run from 30 October 2020 until 11 December 2020.
