Pride of Workmanship awards are an approved Rotary International project. It is part of the arm of Vocational Service.

The awards were instigated in 1975 by the Rotary Club of Pennant Hills in NSW. The Rotary Club of Ingleburn has conducted these awards for over 25 years.

The Pride of Workmanship program enables owners and managers of Businesses and Organisations in our community to help employees achieve the goal of job satisfaction by publicly recognising them for their efforts and quality work undertaken.

DO IT ONCE – DO IT WELL  is the theme for the Pride of Workmanship awards. Each nominee is presented with an engraved plaque and each employer with a certificate in recognition of the achievements.

The objects of the program are:

  • To promote Vocational Service
  • To encourage Pride of Workmanship in all vocations
  • To provide employers with opportunity to recognize employees who display qualities worthy of an award
  • To encourage favourable employer/ employee relationships and a sense of community pride in individual achievements
  • To provide the opportunity for Rotary to be involved in the community.
In 2020 we had six businesses/ organisations participate. Congratulations to:
